I traveled to India with a group of classmates this past December, and Sanjay coordinated all the logistics for us on the ground. We started in Mumbai, then off to Ahmedabad for 11 nights, then Jaipur, Agra and Delhi - 18 nights or so total. When we arrived, we were told that Sanjay would be there, and that he would simply find us. As we exited the airport terminal at 2:30am and looked around at the masses of people waiting around, there was Sanjay holding up a UW flag to our rescue! From then on, Sanjay's efficiency and courtesy quickly instilled trust in the group and we basically didn't take another step without Sanjay's smiling approval. He organized all of our hotels, bus and car transportation, sightseeing tours and two flights within India. His calm demeanor and constant positive attitude kept us at ease even during some tenuous situations. Sanjay handled payment negotiation for services locally, always took care of helping us secure our entry tickets to attractions, and booked local ad-hoc tours for us last minute without a hitch. India, of all places, poses some interesting logistical difficulties and as a tour operator myself, I was blown away with how smoothly everything went, and how Sanjay was always a step ahead.

Dr. Krishnan and Patricia from LondonDear Sanjay,

Finally I have found a moment to contact you regarding our holiday in India. We stayed with our daughter for a couple of days before we returned home as it was our granddaughter's fourth birthday

Dr. Krishnan and I want to thank you for arranging another wonderful holiday for us. Everything was perfectly organised from the moment we arrived at Chennai airport and even though you were far away in Delhi we knew we could rely on you to sort out any problems that might arise. We had another excellent driver and the guides were excellent too - very knowledgeable and informative. Unni was able to find his medical college and revisit all the places he knew of when he was a student more than 50 years ago.

As expected all the hotels were excellent, some of them outstanding, and the places we visited will live long in our memories. It gave Unni special satisfaction to make his personal pilgrimages to the many temples we visited. Thank you for recommending the trip to Rameshwaram. Our guide in Madurai contacted a colleague of hers there and he arranged for us to be met and to be taken round the temple and to partake in all the necessary ceremonies. We would have been completely lost without this help. Our only regret was being unable to visit Top Station because of the strike situation in Munnar but we enjoyed the thrilling ride by auto-rickshaw to the tea museum, something we really wanted to see and found of great interest historically. Of course we bought some tea and very good it is too! In the afternoon we walked up to the nearby tea estate and enjoyed some of the panoramic views of endless rows of tea bushes stretching as far as the eyes could see. We also met some of the local workers and Unni was more or less able to converse in Tamil or Malayalam. Kodiakanal was one of our favourite places. I would recommend it any day over "Ooty". The Carlton Hotel was superb, beautifully situated on the lake, and the drive up and down to and from Kodaikanal was certainly hair raising but not to be missed because of the stunning scenery it offered.

For two "oldies" like us the trip was quite tiring, especially as we crammed so much in, but the stay at the Leela in Kovalam was so relaxing and so rejuvenating for both of us. You definitely saved the best for last Sanjay - a very hedonistic and indulgent experience - unforgettable.

Fisherman's cove and Mahaballapuram were a fitting end to our journey and thank you for helping us to find some accommodation to shower and rest up before our flight home. The Raintree is a superb hotel that we would probably recommend over the Taj Connemara, which lives on it's deserved reputation but is probably a little old fashioned. I'm glad we had the chance to compare the two.

Once again we offer our thanks for your matchless arrangements Sanjay, everything was simply wonderful. Of course we will not hesitate to recommend your services to our friends and family and in fact we spread the word about you whenever we had the chance to do so in India. We send you our regards and wish your venture every success. I am sorry that we were unable to meet this time. Remember us to your wife and we hope your daughter is doing well.

Unni and Patricia Krishnan

Stacie from Seattle (U.S.A.) My husband and I had a trip to India over the Christmas/New Year season of 2011/2012. I had some idea of the places that we would like to visit but, as it was our first time in India, I was uncertain of the logistics involved in getting around India, or the best places to stay and visit. Which is where Sanjay comes in. I had 10 days to spend in India and wanted to see as much as possible and have the best experiences in that time frame. Sanjay worked with me prior to my trip putting together several different options for me and my husband to choose from with different lengths of stays in different cities, traveling options between cities, places to stay in each city, and sites to see in each city. We ended up deciding on the following itinerary: New Dehli, Agra, Jaipur & Mumbai.

There were several things that impressed me the about the itinerary that Sanjay set up for us as well as the service that he provided. First, the transition from city to city was seamless. We kept the same driver for the majority of the trip and liked him very much. He was a safe and cautious driver and spoke very good English. Second, Sanjay stayed in touch with us throughout the trip to ensure we were well taken care of and any of our concerns were addressed. Sanjay called us each morning to ensure the driver showed up on time and that our night stay was good. This was very reassuring since we did not speak the language and sometimes needed assistance with translations, directions, things to do, and etc. Third, Sanjay gave us a detailed list of the main sites to see and places to visit in each city we were in. Because of this we were able to pick and choose what we would do each day. Sanjay even reserved tours for us ahead of time with directions of when and where to meet upon request. Lastly, Sanjay was able to get us discounts on hotel prices and quoted us reasonable prices for both the driver and tour guide services we required during our stay. All of out tour guides were very knowledgeable and spoke good English.

If it were not for Sanjay's services I am certain that our trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable or carefree. Of this we are extremely grateful.
